just spoke to L on the phone and after i hung up, i see snow falling outside!
nice big flakes. it's a very nice surprise to see such heavy snow in the middle of march. :)

so i'm sitting in bed with some juice, surfing the internet and may go back to sleep in a while :p

it has been snowing every other day or so and temperature has been dipping.

don't get me wrong, the sun is out and it looks absolutely nice and warm. that is until you step out.
high today is -9degC (-19degC with wind chill) and low is -22degC.
these subzero conditions will continue for the whole week.

suddenly, i dont find hot. humid, sticky singapore that bad anymore.

L came and left. A month went by just like that. It was a truly memorable 4 weeks.

it's a new year in 3 hours. the men are outside watching college football and i'm enjoying my mini girl time in my room - some soft music, a glass of wine and a book. *beams*

2008:
- i graduated one semester early
- renewed a broken friendship
- gotten myself into a "some sort of relationship"
- got myself a brother-in-law
- visited the world's largest aquarium
- cried alot and also laughed alot
- stopped going to church weekly
- became more cynical towards church in general
- still believe in god
etc.

we all reach crossroads at some point of our lives. and it is at such places where decisions are difficult and we can't see beyond the turns. some people flip a coin but a coin only has 2 sides. it doesn't help when there are 3 choices, does it? sometimes, the easy way out is to leave everything behind, walk away without turning back, without regrets.

i went out and bought myself xbox 360 and guitar hero 3

i have no faith.

woke up bright and early at 9:30am. looked at the time and thought, nice, it's early so i have plenty of time for revision for my 3 final exams tomorrow.

so, i washed up and since i have plenty of time, i decided to surf around, read some news, have something to eat and drink my coffee.
talked people on msn and someone said that i resemble dawn yeoh. i beg to differ. i think someone had forgotten how i looked like. *tsktsk* and in an attempt to save himself, someone said i only look like dawn yeoh from certain angles. i beg to differ. *tsktsk*

i surf some more and waste more time.

12pm - maybe it's time to get down to study. then i decided i'm hungry and went to the kitchen to look for food. had my lunch, watched some tv and slowly walked back to my room, gather my notes.
friend called, chatted.
ok, time to study.

then i felt thirsty, how convenient that my bottle is empty. filled it up etcetc

it is now 2:30pm and i haven't done any studying.

i'm the queen of procrastination

i was studying for my business law final exam and after hours of wills, trust and insurance law, i decided to take a break and surf around a little.

i came across this and this.
i spent a good hour revising my native language and i actually enjoyed it. :)

i was in newport, rhode island the past 3-4 days. there aren't much to see except for the mansions, which i really enjoyed.
